I am an itinerant musician specializing in music direction for the theatre with companies of all sizes and performers of all ages.

I have an 11 year career teaching musical theatre to performers of all ages across the U.S. In 2021, I completed a Master of Music Degree in Music Direction for the Theatre at Shenandoah University.

I have been recognized by my peers and colleagues for quality of work. As a music director, I was recognized for my work on West Side Story by the Conroe Arts Council’s Montie Awards.

I strive to work effectively with everyone involved in a show. I want to remain on good terms with my colleagues, the cast, and the musicians who I collaborate with in the course of a show.

I feel very strongly that a healthy collaboration is the best way to produce good art. I draw on my own experience as well as the skills and experience of the cast I’m working with to make the most dynamic, streamlined performance possible.

I want to work in environments where there is a great deal of mutual respect and everyone is allowed to do their job to the best of their ability.

Well, it’s official! This summer’s run of The Days of ‘98 Show with Soapy Smith has given its 200th performance! And last week was my 100th performance. What a summer!

A week ago I posted this chart blank. Here it is completed! Some explanations: *the far-right box on each day at the top tracks my meals. A✔️ means I prepped and ate at home. An ❌means I ate out at a restaurant. A ➖indicates that I smiled that meal.
